Return Policy

  • We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for returned items that meet our return policy criteria.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
